For nearly three decades, Dr. John DiCicco and Dr. Robert Cuomo have consulted independently across various industries, including service organizations in fields such as banking, automotive, retail, hospitality, fast food and franchises. Between the two, they have conducted leadership training seminars to McDonalds Corporation and Reebok Corporation.
Dr. DiCicco has taught leadership for almost 30 years in private practice as the president and founder of Organizational Analysis Systems, Inc. (OAS), a management consulting firm founded in 1991, specializing in training middle-level managers and supervisors to improve their leadership skills as well as help them learn how to solve challenging problems in the workplace. From 2007 to 2014, Dr. DiCicco held the position of the Chair of the School of Business for the University of Phoenix, Boston Campus, during which time he provided leadership training to over 60 faculty members and four area chairs within the college with proven success.
Dr. Cuomo is the former Dean of the Girard School of Business at Merrimack College in North Andover, MA, and Founding Dean of the School of Business Dean College in Franklin, MA. He has an extensive professional network, has held senior management positions in the corporate, consulting, and higher education industries and understands effective organizational management and what it takes to be successful in today’s rapidly changing business world. He has designed and implemented numerous programs to foster executive development and has been instrumental in building bridges between the academic and business worlds.
Their co-led seminars and engagements are based on their book, The Authentic Leader, as well as Dr. DiCicco's first two books, Leadership is a Choice and The Leadership Gene.
